Melodia Restaurant opened in West Hollywood in February 2025 with one mission: to bring the authentic flavors of Russian, Ukrainian, and European cuisine to Los Angeles. Meet Vladimir, the Owner
For me, food has always been about love, family, and tradition. Growing up in a home where Russian and Ukrainian cuisine brought people together, I learned early on that every dish tells a story. My mother, a passionate cook, passed down generations of culinary secrets, filling our home with the rich aromas of borscht, vareniki, and pelmeni.

Everything at Melodia is made by hand. Every dumpling - whether pelmeni, varenyky, or khinkali - is shaped by hand daily. Our borscht is made from scratch with fresh beets. Our blini are handmade in-house. Our pasta is freshly prepared every day. We believe great food tells a story. The story of a grandmother's recipe. A Sunday table.
